New Doll Prototype.
I finished the first doll prototype, and now I'm working on some clothes for her. I haven't done her hair yet because I'm not sure what color I want it to be. But at least I'm making progress. I'm knitting a dress right now in multi-colored yarn.

Knitted Babes
I ran across people making the Knitted Babes on 43things.com a few years ago. I was sorely tempted to get the book and join the fun. Tonight I found this Blog of bunches of people that have used the book Knitted Babes and made all these dolls, clothing and even a horse. http://knittedbabes.blogspot.com/
But I still come to the same conclusion...if I'm going to spend hundreds of hours knitting dolls, I want to do it my way and come up with my own original face and clothing and hair and who knows, maybe even write a book some day. But just for fun, go check out the knitted babes blog. Maybe it's just up your alley.
MeanwhileI'm still working on designing Long Tall Sally.
